Equipment & trailer painting in Carlisle, PA
The best time to paint steel is right after it's been blasted clean. We do both, so your piece goes from rust to finished without sitting around.

Why blasting and painting belong together
Paint needs clean, rough, dry metal. Blasting gives you exactly that, but bare steel doesn't stay clean for long. Moisture in the air starts a light surface rust within hours to days. Doing both in one shop means primer goes on while the surface is still fresh.
It also means one set of people answers for the whole job. If paint doesn't hold, there's no finger-pointing between the blaster and the painter.
Already blasted somewhere else?
Call and ask. If the steel is still clean and dry, we can talk about priming and painting it.
Questions we get
Do you paint things you didn't blast?
Call and ask. It depends on the condition of the surface. Paint over rust or failing paint won't last, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
Can I pick the color?
Yes. Tell us the color or bring a paint code or sample, and we'll talk it through.
Do you prime before painting?
Bare blasted steel needs primer before topcoat. We'll talk through primer and paint based on how the piece gets used.
How much does painting cost?
It depends on size and how many coats. Text photos to (717) 422-6600 for a price on blasting and paint together.
