How inline wrapping works

An inline wrapper lines bales up end to end and wraps them in plastic as they're pushed through, making one long sealed tube instead of a pile of separately wrapped bales.

Sealing out air is what lets baled forage ferment into baleage instead of spoiling. Because the bales butt up against each other, the ends between them don't each need their own wrap, which is why inline wrapping is a common choice when you have a lot of bales to put up.

What to have ready

  1. Call or text

Tell us where you are, how many bales and what size.

  2. Pick a spot

A long, fairly level strip where the tube can lay undisturbed.

  3. Bales close by

The closer the bales are staged to the wrapper, the faster it goes.

  4. We wrap

We bring the wrapper to your field and wrap on site.
